Nura is an AI-powered voice assistant provided for informational purposes. When using Nura:
- Information provided is for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or technical advice
- Nura is not a substitute for professional consultation
- Conversation summaries are only shared with Richard and his team with your explicit consent
- We reserve the right to review conversations for quality assurance, safety, and training purposes
- Nura's responses are generated by AI and may occasionally contain inaccuracies
By using Nura, you acknowledge that your conversation data will be processed by third-party AI providers as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use services lawfully and ethically
- Not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access details provided to you
- Promptly report any security concerns or suspected breaches
- Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
All content, designs, code, and materials on Marbl Codes websites and services are owned by MEM Digital Ltd unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
For client projects: Intellectual property ownership will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of bespoke work created specifically for them, while we retain ownership of any underlying tools, frameworks, or reusable components.
Payment terms for our services:
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
- We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other agreed payment methods
- All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable
- Deposits may be required for larger projects
- Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services
Specific payment terms will be detailed in project proposals or contracts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marbl Codes and MEM Digital Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your reliance on information provided by Nura or any other AI-generated content
- Interruptions to service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marbl Codes, MEM Digital Ltd, and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your breach of these terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Content or materials you provide to us
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these terms
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Continued service would pose a risk to our systems or other users
For ongoing client relationships, termination procedures will be specified in individual contracts. Generally, either party may terminate with reasonable written notice as agreed.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
